- Advanced facilitation practice and reflection by using setting SMART goals to determine facilitation improvement based on observing senior facilitators on their conduct to teaching and evidence of learning theories (Behaviourism and Cognitivism), that enhanced my own teaching style (Constructivism) by critically evaluating my own facilitation style and its impact on leaner outcomes.
